Once the parcel is dispatched from us, there is no way for us to control as to making the parcel moves faster.


In case the parcel is not accepted by the receiver with some reasons ( such as being absence from home to get) and it gets back to us, please allow us to charge again the 7900 JPY ( DHL) or 129000 yen ( EMS) shipping to re-send it.

So please double check if your local shipping company surely leaves  an "Attempted Delivery Notice" that indicates that delivery was not possible as the intended recipient was absent at the time of attempted delivery .
