TC JAPAN offers the following payment options.

You can either proceed with a regular checkout, or use our special bank transfer discount price.

① Credit Card

For regular checkout orders, you can pay by credit card by following the checkout screen.

Please simply add the item to your cart and proceed with the payment instructions shown on the screen.

② Bank Transfer Discount Price

If you would like to purchase at our special bank transfer discount price, please see the guide below.

There are two ways to pay by bank transfer.

• A) Invoice Payment via Wise — recommended for international customers
• B) Regular Bank Transfer — direct transfer to our Japanese bank account

A) Invoice Payment via Wise

For international payments, we recommend paying through a Wise Invoice.

After confirming the item availability and total amount, we will send a Wise Invoice to your email address.

Please open the email from Wise and click “Pay now” to proceed with the payment.

The amount, currency, and recipient are already set in the invoice.
You do not need to enter the payment amount or our bank details yourself.

This makes the payment process simple and helps prevent mistakes such as entering the wrong amount, choosing the wrong recipient, or selecting the wrong fee option.

You can choose from the payment methods shown on the Wise screen.

• Card
• Bank transfer
• Wise account

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, currency, card, Wise account, and Wise’s conditions at the time of payment.

Payment must be made in Japanese yen.

If you choose to pay through your Wise account and your Wise balance is not enough, Wise may show options to add funds from your own bank account or card and continue the invoice payment.

B) Regular Bank Transfer

You may also send the payment directly to our Japanese bank account by regular bank transfer.

However, compared with Wise Invoice, regular international bank transfer has the following disadvantages.

▶︎ Entering the bank name, branch name, address, or account holder name incorrectly may cause the transfer to fail or be returned.

▶︎ Wise App transfers often offer a much better exchange rate than regular international bank transfers.

For this reason, we recommend Wise Invoice for international customers.

If you still prefer regular bank transfer, please enter the following bank details carefully.

Transfer fees and intermediary bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.
The receiving bank fee charged on our side will be covered by TC JAPAN.

③ Important Notes for Bank Transfer Orders

If we do not receive your expected payment date after a bank transfer order, or if the payment date is not yet decided, the order may be cancelled or the item may be listed again.

Once you let us know your expected payment date, we will proceed with your order again.
