For customers in Taiwan: Prices are shown in TWD, and CHANEL clothing is shipped from Japan to Taiwan by DHL. This return policy applies to orders placed through TC JAPAN.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

The size or fit is not suitable
The wrong item was ordered, or the item differs from personal preference or expectations
The color, design, or condition differs from what was imagined from the photos
The requested alteration cannot be completed
The pattern placement or character of a natural material differs from expectations
The item has been worn, soiled, damaged, cleaned, or altered after delivery
The item, tags, accessories, or packaging are not in the condition in which they were shipped
We are not contacted within 2 days, including the delivery date

CHANEL clothing may fit differently even when the size label is the same. Before ordering, compare the measurements on the product page with a garment you already own.

If the Item Differs from the Product Description

Contact us before returning the item and within 2 days, including the delivery date. After receiving our return authorization, ship it within 2 business days, including the authorization date. We will refund the item price only when it is returned in its original condition and packaging by a trackable shipping method.

Cancellation After Shipment

A customer-requested cancellation after shipment is subject to a fee equal to 24% of the item price. If a card processing fee is incurred because of a delayed return or another customer-related reason, 4% will be deducted from the refund.

Images and Included Accessories

Photos of models or actresses show the same item or a similar design for styling reference. Please confirm the actual item through the product photos, video, and description on the product page.

Hangers, garment covers, paper tags, extra fabric, spare buttons, belts, and other accessories are included only when stated in the product description.

Patterns, Natural Materials, and Pre-Owned Condition

Pattern placement may vary according to where the fabric is cut. Natural leather and similar materials may have inherent marks, wrinkles, or variations in color.

Perception of pre-owned condition varies. Please review the actual photos, video, and condition description before ordering.
