① 残念ながら「お客様のご都合による」 返品 返金 交換は
  一切お受け致しません


・サイズが合わない
 (当店は採寸に力を入れており正確にページに実寸を
     記載していますので、ぜひ実寸をチェックなさってくださいませ。
 お手持ち品と比較なさることで
 リピーター様の方々はちょうどよく体にあったものを
 手に入れるのに成功しておられますので
 少しご面倒ですが、ぜひお試しください
 
 その際の測り方はこちらをご参考に!

・間違えて注文してしまった
・イメージが違う(状態を含む)
・到着後に1度でも使用した痕跡がある
・保存袋やタグなどの付属品の紛失・破損
・お客様によるメンテ済 (クリーニング/お直し)
・発送時と商品の状態が違う
・デザイン上、お直しができなかった

・到着後、2日以上経過

「偽物であれば受け付けてもらえないが
当店商品は100%正規品なので受け付けてもらえる」
という趣旨で「好みのようにお直しができる、あるいは、
デザイン上できる」との件を保証したものではありません。

▶︎新品でない中古品の場合、程度の違いは個々人の判断も大きく異なります。

▶︎シミ・ヤケ・キズなど見落としなどある場合がございますので、神経質な方はシャネルブティックにて正規定価でのご購入をお勧めします。

▶︎取寄商品は海外に返品ができないため、返品・交換・キャンセルは一切不可となります。

■返品手順

・到着日より2日以内に弊社宛にメールにてご連絡

・当社からの連絡後2日以内に「着払」にてご返送

・弊社にてお品をチェック後「商品代金+当社からの送料 (および代金引換手数料)」をご返金
(在庫の都合上、同様の商品への交換は不可)

■付属品について

実物画像がお届けのお品。
画像のハンガー・保存カバー・アクセサリー・靴・バッグ・ベルトなどは付属しません。

紙タグ、予備布、予備ボタンについても記載がない場合は付属しません

RETURNS

【 NO-RETURN policy 

All sales are final policy — states that once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. All sales final policies are typically applied to all items.

We are very happy to answer your worries and questions and try to do our best efforts in order to solves every issue before you purchase.
So "BEFORE " you place an order, please carefully examine the item page and ask our staff questions about everything until you are satisfied.

Please understand that unfortunately we do not take returns with the reasons below, unless the items are as described on the item pages.

・Custom tax is high and do not wanna pay
  ( its a buyer 's duties )

・size does not fit
・you don't like the color
・you don't like the design
・you have changed your mind

Please do not return the item BEFORE we agree that the item is eligible for return.
Please note that we cannot accept returned items without permission.

 

【 WHY WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS??】

We are very strict about checking the size measurements,
cuz we dont take returns due to our sad past experience( some ladies returned after wearing a few times and let them get stained...

I know you are not that kind of a person,
But When inspected by a professional standard,
it is very difficult for the product to be in exactly the same condition as when it left us and when it came back from the customer.

We take care of even the slightest differences, such as the slightest lining pulls, perfume or humidity, extra, and accurately describe them on the page.
We strive to ensure that our products go through ONE LESS person before they finally reach the person who bought them, so that the condition can be the same as the one we wrote on the item page.

And plus, we don't know what happens on the way back to us..
We have to pay HUGE attention to everything that can happen, such as natural disasters such as heavy rain and physical damage, a missing case on the way back by the shipping company, or getting stuck in the custom traffic, extra..

Anyway, We think CHANEL clothes are so precious that they deserve them. . .
In this way, we are very grateful that our repeat customers feel very at ease when they want to choose something, and think, ...

Only when the items are not in the condition as the page describes and then please feel free to return, provided that the returns met the following conditions, we will happy to give you a item merchandise refund,


1 ) please contact us first "BEFORE "you send the item back to us

2 ) Item(s) are returned within 2 bussiness days of receipt of our permission to send back

3 ) Item(s) are returned in original condition with original packaging

4 ) Please use  DHL express with tracking Number (No other option.🙏🏻) and write down "Return item" on your shipping label on the parcel box.

We will give you a refund of the cost of the item, minus the cost of initial delivery fee and any custom duties we paid for importation if charged. The cost of return shipping will be borne by a buyer.
We starts the refund process on the same day of receiving the item.

As for TAXES or DUTIES

【Cancellation fee before shipment】

If the order is canceled due to customer's convenience, 20% of the payment will be charged.

More importantly, "before" you place an order, please carefully examine it and ask our staff questions about everything until you are satisfied.
