At our store, all items are thoroughly inspected by multiple staff members before shipment to ensure they match the condition described on the product page.
Therefore, if any defects or discrepancies are found, we will consider that they occurred after the item was received by the representative.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that the purchaser themselves receives the item directly from us and confirms the condition against the product page.
If a third party (representative) is involved in receiving the item,
we will not be able to accept any claims regarding defects or discrepancies (such as missing parts or damage).
Please also understand that our responsibility for any loss will be considered completed once the item has been handed over to the representative.
