When a payment does not complete
A UK card provider may require additional identity or security approval for an overseas purchase.
Confirm the transaction with your provider
Ask your card provider to approve the TC JAPAN payment and retry. Bank transfer is an alternative if the card issue remains.
Japanese-yen bank transfer
For UK orders paid by bank transfer in Japanese yen, the total is around 8% less than the GBP price displayed on this site (=2% off the price in Japanese yen). The GBP display price includes card-processing and currency-conversion costs, which are not included in the Japanese-yen price.
