If the Carrier Requests ID or Documents

Please check that the consignee name and delivery details are correct.

⚠️ If the carrier requests ID or documents, please contact the carrier promptly and submit them directly by the method provided.

 

If a package is returned to Japan for customer-related reasons, return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Declare a lower value
  • Declare a purchased item as a Gift

⚠️ If a Package Is Returned to Japan Because Duties Were Not Paid

If a package is returned because of a delayed response to DHL or another customer-related reason, the related costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please respond to DHL promptly.

Refund after deducting:

  • Outbound shipping: JPY 7,900
  • Return shipping: JPY 16,900
  • Handling fee: 24% of the item price

Handling fee includes

  • Credit-card processing fee: approximately 5%
  • Packing and shipping preparation
  • Customs documents
  • Removing the item from sale
  • Ozone drying and cleaning preparation
