If a card payment cannot be completed
The card issuer may require security approval for an overseas transaction or a high-value purchase.
Ask the issuer to authorize the payment
Confirm that the TC JAPAN transaction is permitted, then retry. Bank transfer is available when card payment remains unavailable.
International bank transfer in Japanese yen
When an INTL order is paid by bank transfer in Japanese yen, the amount is about 8% below the local-currency price displayed on this site (=2% off the Japanese-yen price). The local-currency display price includes card-processing and currency-conversion costs; the Japanese-yen price does not.
Receipts
Paper receipt before shipment
Request a paper receipt before shipment and it can be enclosed with the parcel.
Digital receipt after shipment
After shipment, a digital receipt can be provided by email.
