⚠️ 收到 DHL 或 EZ WAY 通知後，請勿經由本店轉交，並依其指示直接完成確認。

 

因客戶端資料或處理延誤而退回日本時，退回與再次寄送費用由客戶負擔。

If a Package Is Returned to Japan

如因未及時回覆 DHL 或其他客戶端原因而退回日本，相關費用由客戶負擔。請儘快處理 DHL 通知。

扣除以下費用後退款：

  • 寄出運費：7,900 JPY
  • 退回運費：16,900 JPY
  • 手續費：商品金額的24%

手續費包括

  • 信用卡手續費：約5%
  • 包裝與出貨準備
  • 報關文件製作
  • 商品下架處理
  • 臭氧乾燥與清潔準備
