TC JAPAN由日本寄送CHANEL外套、大衣、套裝、洋裝與其他服飾；海外以DHL Express為主，亦可依需求使用EMS，或寄到日本的飯店及代理人地址。TC JAPAN ships CHANEL jackets, coats, suits, dresses and other clothing within Japan and internationally. DHL Express is the standard overseas service; EMS is available on request. A hotel, representative, or another address in Japan may also be specified.

Cash on delivery	Japan only; unavailable to first-time customers. Standard areas: JPY 1,800 (JPY 800 shipping + JPY 1,000 fee). Remote or relay-fee areas: JPY 3,000 (JPY 2,000 shipping + JPY 1,000 fee). Sent by Japan Post Yu-Pack.
Uncollected parcel	Return and re-shipping costs are paid by the customer. After a cash-on-delivery parcel is refused or returned after the holding period, cash on delivery cannot be used for a later order.

海外配送與關稅International shipping and customs

關稅與進口稅由目的地主管機關決定，配送公司可能另行通知付款。Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination authority. The carrier may send payment instructions.

配送保險與賠償Shipping insurance and compensation

In 16 years of operation, TC JAPAN has recorded no lost shipment. Optional insurance may be added before dispatch, whether requested before or after placing the order.

DHL	The higher of JPY 2,500 or 1.2% of the declared value. Examples: JPY 300,000 = 3,600 / 500,000 = 6,000 / 1,000,000 = 12,000 / 1,500,000 = 18,000	The insured value must equal the commercial invoice value. Delay, customs or political events, indirect loss and damage to packaging alone are excluded.
EMS	Through TC JAPAN: JPY 2,500 up to JPY 1,000,000. Contact us above that amount. Maximum compensation: JPY 2,000,000.	Compensation may be unavailable where there is no external damage or weight change, or where exterior damage existed when posted.

長期保管Long-term holding

Status	Period and terms
Paid in full	Usually held for up to three months. The purchase is final; cancellation, refund or change to another item is unavailable.
Short hold before full payment	Deposit: JPY 30,000 per item. Pay the balance within seven days, including weekends and public holidays. Dispatch follows full payment.
Storage	Held in a dedicated temperature- and humidity-controlled room. Minute natural ageing of materials may occur during extended storage.

飯店、代理人與轉售商收貨Hotel, representative and reseller receipt

出貨前由多名人員核對商品、照片、商品狀況說明與實寸。由第三方收貨時，本店責任範圍止於送達最初指定地址；即使未拆箱便轉寄也相同。Before dispatch, several staff compare the item with its product photos, condition notes and measurements. When a third party receives it, TC JAPAN’s responsibility ends when delivery to the first designated address is completed. This also applies if the parcel is forwarded unopened.

1. 家人、朋友或代理人收貨1. Family member, friend or representative receives it	代理人須在商品到達後立即檢查商品狀況，並在轉交他人前，由代理人本人於規定期限內聯絡本店。 若代理人已重新包裝或再次寄送商品後才聯絡本店，本店概不負責。
2. 轉售商或精品店收貨後交付顧客2. Reseller or boutique receives it, then supplies a customer	轉售商或精品店須在交付前檢查商品狀況，並在商品仍由貴公司保管期間，於規定期限內聯絡本店。 若商品已重新包裝並寄送給貴公司顧客後才聯絡本店，本店概不負責。
3. 本店直接寄給轉售商的顧客3. TC JAPAN ships directly to a reseller’s customer	轉售商或精品店本身，以及貴公司顧客提出的退貨或投訴，即使在規定期限內，本店亦一概不接受。 建議由本店直接寄送給轉售商或精品店，以便其自行檢查商品狀況。
