When shipping to the United Kingdom, Customs Duty, import VAT or clearance fees may be charged separately from the item price and shipping.

If a package is returned to Japan for customer-related reasons, return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned because of a delayed response to DHL or another customer-related reason, the related costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please respond to DHL promptly.
Refund after deducting:
- Outbound shipping: JPY 7,900
- Return shipping: JPY 16,900
- Handling fee: 24% of the item price

- Credit-card processing fee: approximately 5%
