Charges Other Than the Product Price

Shipping within Japan: ¥800 JPY (¥2,000 JPY for remote islands).

International shipping: DHL Express ¥7,900 JPY. EMS is available on request for ¥15,900 JPY.

Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer. Customs duties, import taxes or similar charges may be imposed by the destination country or region.

Optional additional delivery insurance: DHL Express costs the greater of ¥2,500 JPY or 1.2% of the declared value. EMS costs ¥2,500 JPY up to ¥1,000,000 JPY; contact us for amounts above that level. The EMS compensation limit is ¥2,000,000 JPY.

If payment is confirmed by 3:00 p.m. Japan time on a weekday, the order is normally dispatched the same day. Payments confirmed after 3:00 p.m., on weekends or on Japanese public holidays are normally dispatched on the next business day. Timing may vary depending on order checks and carrier acceptance conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges requested for the customer's convenience are not accepted.

If the item delivered differs from the description on the product page, contact us before returning it and within two days, including the delivery date. If we approve the return, send it by a trackable method, in the same condition and packaging as dispatched, with a postmark dated within two business days including the approval date. When these conditions are met, we will pay the return shipping cost and refund the product price.
