If your card payment is declined or paused
Your US card issuer may pause an international transaction for identity or security verification.
Contact your card issuer first
Ask the issuer to authorize the TC JAPAN transaction, then try again. If the issue continues, bank transfer is available.
Bank transfer in Japanese yen
For US orders paid in Japanese yen by bank transfer, the amount is approximately 8% below the USD price displayed on this site (=2% off the Japanese-yen price). The USD display price includes card-processing and currency-conversion costs; the Japanese-yen price does not.
Receipts
Paper receipt before shipment
Request it before shipment and we can enclose a paper receipt with the parcel.
Receipt after shipment
After shipment, we can email a digital receipt as an attachment.
