1. Where to Check the CHANEL Bank Transfer Price

The bank transfer price is shown just below the product price on each product page.

For customers in the United States, the regular website price is shown in USD. The bank transfer price is shown in Japanese yen.

2. How to Purchase CHANEL Clothing by Bank Transfer

If you would like to purchase an item, please send us anything that helps us identify the item.

After confirming the item availability and total amount, we will send you an invoice email.

3. The Difference Between 8% Off the Local Price and 2% Off the Japanese Price

We set our prices so that the final payment amount is the same: 2% off the Japanese yen price, or about 8% off compared with the USD price.

The USD price shown on our website includes credit card processing fees and currency conversion costs.

On the other hand, the Japanese yen price does not include those fees, so it is originally set lower than the USD price.

For this reason, when customers in the United States pay by bank transfer in Japanese yen, the discount rate appears higher compared with the USD price.

4. No Cart Checkout Is Needed for Bank Transfer Orders

For bank transfer payments, there is no need to place the order through the cart.

We will register the order on our side.

After registration, you can also check the order from your account purchase history.

5. Shipping CHANEL Items from Japan After Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, we will ship your order as quickly as possible.

For customers in the United States, we usually ship by DHL Express from Japan.

After shipping, we will send you the tracking number.
