How Bank Transfer Works

→ Each product page shows the local currency price,
and just below it, the Japanese yen bank transfer price.

→ After confirming the price,
please contact us with any one of the following:
 the product URL,
 product number,
 product title,
or a screenshot of the item.

→ Once we receive your confirmation
that you would like to proceed,
we will send you an invoice email
 showing the total amount due.

→ There are 2 ways to pay.
① Bank transfer from your bank.
② Payment through the Wise app.

→ Once your payment is confirmed,
we will ship your order as quickly as possible
 via DHL Express.

[Important 1]
There is no need to place the order through the cart.
We will register the order on our side,
so you will be able to confirm it later
from your account purchase history.

[Important 2]
Payment must be made in Japanese yen.

[2% Off JPY / 8% Off Local Currency = Nearly the Same Final Price]

The local currency prices shown on our product pages are based on the Japanese yen price,
with credit card processing fees and currency conversion costs added.

For this reason,
when international customers choose to pay by bank transfer in Japanese yen
instead of paying in their local currency,
the price is about 8% lower compared with the local currency price.

However,
the Japanese yen price itself already excludes currency-related costs,
so the discount from the Japanese yen price is 2%.

In other words,
although the discount rates may look different,
they are set so that the final amount you pay
will be almost the same.

It is common, and not unique to our store,
for there to be a difference between the exchange rates shown on Google or Yahoo
and the converted prices displayed on online shops.

This is because, in actual online payments,
the fees and exchange rates set by payment processors
and credit card companies are reflected in the final amount.
