At our store, we are always thinking about:

"How can we deliver the best possible products to our customers and make them happy?"

"Can we put more effort into the unseen aspects?"

Following that line of thought, a few years ago, the female staff came up with the idea of:

"Disinfection"

 

When you find a really great item at a used shop, there are two reasons why you might hesitate and say, "Hmm..."

 

"Cleanliness"

 In other words, hygiene.

 

Even if it's not visible to the eye,
it's something that bothers women.

 

So, what has a strong oxidizing power?

And also,

without compromising the product quality...

 

With that in mind, our staff, who are entrusted with "product research!", investigated various websites.

They arrived at "ozone disinfection"!!

Ozone is said to have the power to strongly decompose odors and germs at a molecular level.

 

And because it quickly returns to oxygen, it is said to have no residual effects.

 

"This is great! 💗" 

"But... Boss,
it's quite expensive 😅"

Various opinions were expressed, but ultimately,

"Let's aim for cleanliness in the unseen parts!

And so, in our store,
we have introduced and use a machine that can disinfect and deodorize with the power of ozone.

 

 

It turned out to be very good that we introduced this machine before the COVID-19 pandemic 👍 😊

 

(Even so, I never imagined that a time would come when we would be so concerned about disinfection due to the coronavirus.)

  

The items you order are placed in this machine and disinfected with the power of ozone air.

Carefully, meticulously,
one by one, little by little, while monitoring the process 👍

Each item undergoes ozone disinfection for 8 hours.

 

Since it's running at full capacity,
I was honestly worried at first that the machine might break down 😅

 

Chanel's creations, carefully crafted from high-quality materials,
are brought to life by designers, pattern makers,
and many people, starting with each fashion house.

And they reach us, the wearers.

 

As an extension of that process,
we meticulously disinfect and painstakingly revive the materials to a pristine state!

I think it's a natural progression.

 

We will deliver a clean state to everyone, even in the unseen areas 💗
