💗 Question 3
 Does the ID you plan to submit to DHL, if requested, show the same "Name and Address" as listed on the shipping label (eBay account)?

For high-value items, DHL typically requires the recipient’s ID (such as an SSN or EIN in the U.S.).

Please ensure that the "Name and Address" on your account match the "Name and Address" on the ID you will provide.

If there is a mismatch, DHL will not complete customs clearance, causing the package to be returned to Japan without delivery.

Have you confirmed the measurements on the product page (not just the tag size)?

Some buyers rely on photos without checking the actual measurements.
In the past, a few buyers returned items because the size didn’t fit or after wearing them.
We no longer accept returns for size issues, wear, or buyer's remorse.

We truly want you to be happy with your purchase and find the perfect fit.
Unlike other stores, we put significant effort into providing accurate measurements.

Please consider measuring an item you own that fits you well and compare it to our actual measurements (NOT THE TAG SIZE!).
With Chanel clothing, actual sizes can vary greatly even with the same tag size due to design differences.
Relying only on the tag label can often lead to a poor fit.
We want to deliver something that fits you perfectly.
