How to Save About 8% with Bank Transfer | INTL
For international customers, TC JAPAN offers a special bank transfer price for authentic CHANEL jackets, suits, dresses, cardigans, and other items. When payment is made in Japanese yen, the price is approximately 8% lower than the local currency price shown on the website.
① CHANEL Bank Transfer Price for International Customers
The bank transfer price is a special price available when you pay in Japanese yen instead of completing a regular credit card checkout in your local currency.
The JPY bank transfer amount is calculated at 2% below our Japan-market price. Because the local currency price includes card-processing and currency-conversion costs, the JPY bank transfer price is generally approximately 8% lower than the local currency price.

The local-currency equivalent is an estimate. The actual difference may vary depending on the exchange rate and payment fees at the time of transfer.
Where to Find the Bank Transfer Price
On each product page for international customers, the regular website price is shown in your local currency. The separate bank transfer information shows the amount payable in Japanese yen and an estimated local-currency equivalent using the Wise exchange rate.
The Japanese yen amount is the payment amount. The local-currency equivalent is provided only as a reference and may change with the exchange rate.

01 Choose the Item and Check the Bank Transfer Price
Check the JPY bank transfer price shown near the price on the product page. Send us the product URL, item number, product title, or a screenshot of the item you would like to purchase.
Please do not place an order through the shopping cart.
02 Receive the Payment Details from TC JAPAN
After confirming the item availability and bank transfer price, we will email you the total amount and payment instructions. A Wise Invoice is recommended for international customers.
Total amount = JPY bank transfer price + ¥7,900 JPY DHL Express shipping
Import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges are not included.
03 Start the Transfer in Japanese Yen
Complete the payment in Japanese yen.
Please start the transfer within 24 hours after receiving our payment instructions. The funds do not need to reach our bank within 24 hours.
If you cannot start the transfer within 24 hours, please tell us your expected transfer date in advance.
04 Shipment After Payment Is Received
After we confirm that the funds have reached our account, we will prepare your CHANEL item for shipment from Japan by DHL Express.
③ Bank Transfer Methods for International Customers
International Customers may pay through a Wise Invoice or send a regular international bank transfer directly to our Japanese bank account.
A) Wise Invoice — Recommended
After confirming the item and total amount, TC JAPAN will send a Wise Invoice to your email address.
Review the invoice details and select Pay now. A Wise account is not required to pay an invoice sent from a Wise Business account.
You may be able to pay by card, bank transfer, or your Wise account. The available payment methods will be shown on the invoice and may vary depending on Wise’s conditions at the time of payment.
Payment must be made in Japanese yen.

④ The Difference Between 8% Off the Local Price and 2% Off the Japanese Price
We set our prices so that the final payment amount is the same: 2% off the Japanese yen price, or about 8% off compared with the local currency price.
The local currency price shown on our website includes credit card processing fees and currency conversion costs.
On the other hand, the Japanese yen price does not include those fees, so it is originally set lower than the local currency price.
For this reason, when international customers pay by bank transfer in Japanese yen, the discount rate appears higher compared with the local currency price.

Expected Transfer Date
If you cannot start the transfer within 24 hours after receiving our payment instructions, please tell us your expected transfer date in advance.
If the Transfer Has Not Been Started
If we have not received your expected transfer date and the transfer has not been started within 24 hours, we may canceled the order and list the item for sale again.
If Payment Is Not Made by the Expected Date
If payment is not made by the date provided in advance, future orders may be reserved only after we confirm receipt of payment.
Different Payer Name
If the payment will be sent under a family member’s name, company name, former name, or any name different from the customer’s name, please tell us before starting the transfer.
Changing from Credit Card to Bank Transfer
If your credit card order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel the card payment and provide the bank transfer amount. Please contact us first instead of placing another order.
International Shipping and Customs Charges
Orders are generally shipped from Japan by DHL Express. The standard shipping fee is ¥7,900 JPY.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other customs-related charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
