The Fall 2010 Chanel collection is still considered one of the best and most memorable from Karl Lagerfeld's time.

In 2010 Karl Lagerfeld transformed the Grand Palais into an ice cave, where models emerged from the icy gloom in a dazzling array of faux fur coats, cozy knitwear, and chic tailoring.

There was Freja Beha Erichsen and three bears on an ice floe at the Chanel show.
They had real chunks of iceberg from Scandinavia making up the frozen scene, and models were walking around in shaggy snow boots on the berg-melt sea.

The Karl conceit of the season, no surprises, was an in-every-way extravagant play on Coco in cold weather.

Lagerfeld used even more fur than he usually does at Fendi, but the twist was that it was all fake fur. On this day, not only the set design but also the record-breaking use of faux fur made the Chanel ready-to-wear collection for fall-winter 2010 a part of fashion history.

This collection was closer to the Couture/high-end, custom-made clothing than everyday wear than ever before.

Fur was used to make brown tweed fabric, created long decorative hems on the bottom of leather jackets, and even turned into capes, hats, and yes, even furry pants.

At the same time, the suits and coats were designed with a luxurious level of detail usually seen in fancy evening wear.

The dress made of knitted fabric with fringe was one of the most wearable pieces shown. Its twin was also featured on the runway for Look 21, worn by Anna de Rijk.

毛並みは常に揃ってるし
言うことなしです

安物によくある
「え？完全フェイクじゃん・・？」

という偽物感は全くありません
（シャネルなので当然ですが・😊）

気になるお尻をすっぽり隠す一方で
全体のデザインはとってもスッキリ！

コレクションモデルのように
ボテっとしたファーのボトムとは合わせるのは微妙・・
タイトなパンツと合わせると
モデル風スタイルになり綺麗です！！
