If a Package Is Returned to Japan for Customer-Related Reasons
因客戶原因退回日本時

If a package is returned because of a delayed response to DHL or another customer-related reason, the related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
如因未及時回覆 DHL 或其他客戶原因而退回日本，相關費用由客戶負擔。

Refund after deducting:

  • Outbound shipping: JPY 7,900｜寄出運費
  • Return shipping: JPY 16,900｜退回運費
  • Handling fee: 24% of the item price｜手續費：商品金額的24%

  • Credit-card processing fee: approximately 5%｜信用卡手續費
  • Packing and shipping preparation｜包裝與出貨準備
