Accepting returns means that the product
passes through more hands.

We make every effort to ensure that our products
pass through as few hands as possible before
reaching the buyer, so they arrive in the same condition

【 NO-RETURN policy 

All sales are final policy

— states that once customers make a purchase,
they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. 

 

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • High customs tax and unwillingness to pay
    (This is the buyer's responsibility.)

  • The size doesn’t fit
    We take great care in measuring our items accurately and include exact measurements on the product page.
    Please make sure to check these measurements.
    By comparing with items you already own, many of our repeat customers find the perfect fit.
    It might take a little effort, but we encourage you to give it a try!

    Here’s a guide on how to measure!

  • Ordered by mistake

  • The item doesn’t match the image (including condition)

  • Any signs of use after arrival

  • Loss or damage to accessories such as dust bags or tags

  • Customer alterations (cleaning or repairs)

  • The item’s condition differs from when it was shipped

  • Unable to alter the design

  • More than 2 days have passed since arrival
    (Please make sure to open and check the item as soon as it arrives!)

 

We will offer a refund of the item price only if the item is not as described on the page, and the return meets the following conditions:

  1. Please contact us before sending the item back.

  2. The item(s) must be returned within 2 business days of receiving our permission to return.

  3. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  4. Please use DHL Express with a tracking number (no other options 🙏🏻) and write "Return item" on the shipping label.

We will refund the item cost, minus the initial delivery fee and any customs duties we paid for importation (if applicable).

The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

We will begin the refund process on the same day we receive the returned item.

If the order is canceled for the customer’s convenience,
a 20% fee will be charged.

More importantly, before placing your order,
please take your time to carefully review it

we mean that if the item were not authentic, they would not accept it.
However, since our items are 100% genuine, they will accept it.
This does not guarantee that the item can be altered to your preferences
or that alterations are always possible due to design limitations.

▶︎For used items, opinions on the condition can vary greatly
from person to person.

▶︎There may be overlooked stains, discoloration, or scratches.
If you are highly particular about these details,
we recommend purchasing at a Chanel boutique at full retail price.

▶︎For special order items, as they cannot be returned internationally,
we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
