Why we do not accept CHANEL clothing returns｜不接受退貨的原因

When an item is returned, it passes back through our hands before being delivered to another customer. We aim to keep that handling to a minimum and deliver the clean condition shown on the product page.
商品退回後，會再次經本店處理才送到另一位顧客手上。本店希望每件衣物盡量少經人手，並以商品頁所示的整潔狀態送達。

Past returns came back with changes not present at dispatch, including perfume odour, foundation marks, lining creases, stretched knit stitches, small leather scratches and pulled tweed threads. Even a slight change affects the condition offered to the next customer.

• Size or fit does not suit the customer｜尺寸或穿著感不合
• Ordering error or difference in image or preference｜下單錯誤、與想像或喜好不同
• Colour, design or condition differs from what was imagined from photographs
• The requested alteration cannot be made
• Pattern placement or natural-material character differs from expectations
• The item has been worn, used, cleaned, altered, stained or damaged after arrival
• The item, tags, accessories or packaging differ from dispatch

Model images and accessories｜模特兒圖片及配件

Model or actress images show the same item or a similar design as a styling reference. Confirm the delivered item through the actual photographs, video and description on its product page.
模特兒或女演員圖片只作相同商品或相近設計的穿搭參考；請以商品頁的實物照片、影片及說明確認交付商品。

Hangers, garment bags, paper tags, matching fabric, thread, spare buttons, belts and other accessories are included only when stated. Contact us before ordering if an accessory is important.

Patterns, natural materials and pre-owned condition｜圖案、天然材質及二手狀況

Pattern placement varies with the cutting position.
圖案位置會因裁剪位置而每件不同。

Suede, calfskin, lambskin and shearling may show fine natural marks, creases, colour variation and changes with age.
麂皮、小牛皮、羊皮及羊剪絨等天然材質，可能帶有天然細紋、皺褶、色差及隨年月形成的質感變化。

Holes, stains, loosened seams, worn stitching or deteriorated zips are treated as changes caused by use and described on the product page. Several staff inspect each item, and the condition is reflected in the description and price.

Perception of pre-owned condition varies. Review the actual photographs, video and condition description.

CHANEL alterations｜修改服務

A CHANEL boutique may be unable to accept an alteration because of the design, seam allowance or material condition.

If the item differs from its description｜如商品與說明不符

• Contact us before return and within two days, including delivery day.｜請於到貨日計起兩日內、寄回前聯絡本店。
• After authorisation, return by a trackable method with a postmark within two business days including the authorisation date, in the same condition and packaging. A refund is made only when these conditions are met.
