[Notice Regarding Long-Term Reservation of Paid Items]

This notice outlines important information for customers who have requested long-term holding of items that have already been paid for.


■ Reservation Period

・As a general rule, the maximum holding period is up to 3 months from the date of payment.

・If full funds are not yet available:
 A deposit of ¥30,000 per item must be made by bank transfer.
 The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped.
 ※Holding period in this case: 7 days, including non-business days.


■ Order Confirmation

・The item is considered confirmed as purchased once payment has been received.
Cancellations, refunds, or changes to other items cannot be accepted for any reason.
 We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.


■ Storage Conditions & Product Condition

Upon request, we will store your item carefully in a temperature- and humidity-controlled facility to ensure optimal preservation.
Please feel assured that your item will be kept in a secure environment.

・However, minor natural changes due to long-term storage
 (e.g., slight aging of natural materials) may occur.
 We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
