・The standard maximum storage period is up to three months from the date of payment.
・If you would like us to ship the item within this period,
　please notify us at least one week in advance.

■ Order Finalization

・As the item has already been paid for, it is considered a finalized purchase.
・Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for any reason will not be accepted.

■ Storage Conditions and Product State

・Your item will be stored with great care
　in a dedicated storage room managed by our trained staff.
・However, please understand that minor natural changes may occur over time
　(such as subtle shifts in the condition of natural materials).

■ Shipping

・Once we receive your request, shipping will be arranged promptly.
・Depending on the destination country, import duties may be exempt
　(for example, shipments to Hong Kong),
