当店→貴社へご発送

事業者様向けのお取引では、原則としてリセラー様・ブティック様へ直接発送しております。

商品到着後は、まずお受け取りになった事業者様ご自身で状態確認を行っていただき、その後お客様へ発送いただく流れを基本としております。

貴社のお客様へ直送配送について

原則として、当店から事業者様のお客様への直接発送は承っておりませんが、ご希望の場合は承らせて頂きます。

その場合、事業者様ご自身による受領後確認の工程を経ないため、万が一商品状態に関するご申告があった際に、どの時点で生じたものかを正確に判断することが困難という理由で商品状態に関するクレーム・補償は対象外とさせていただいております。

With the aim of further revitalizing the CHANEL apparel market, we are also actively engaged in transactions with business clients.

If you are interested in a business transaction with us, please first let us know the information below. After reviewing the details, we will provide you with our transaction terms.

We also welcome inquiries from sole proprietors, those interested in affiliate sales, mothers raising children, and others who may have little sales experience and feel uncertain.

Shipping from Our Store to Your Company

For business transactions, as a general rule, we ship directly to resellers and boutiques.

After the product arrives, we ask that the business receiving it first checks the condition themselves, and then ships it to their customer. This is our standard process.

About Direct Shipping to Your Customer

As a general rule, we do not accept direct shipping from our store to a business client’s customer, but we can discuss it upon request.

In such cases, because the business client’s own acceptance and inspection process has not taken place, if any claim regarding the product condition arises, it becomes difficult to determine accurately at what point the issue occurred. For this reason, claims and compensation regarding product condition are excluded in cases of direct shipping.
