For bank transfer, payment will be made in Japanese yen.

The Japanese yen price is discounted by 2%, which is roughly equivalent to about 8% lower than the displayed local currency price at the Wise exchange rate.

On higher-priced CHANEL jackets, coats, dresses, and suits, this can make a meaningful difference.

4. Switching from card payment to bank transfer before shipment

If you placed an order by credit card but later decide that you would prefer bank transfer, we may be able to cancel the card payment and provide the bank transfer total instead, as long as the order has not been shipped yet.

In that case, there is no need to place a new order through the cart. Please contact us first.

5. Planned payment date notice for bank transfer orders

After placing an order, please let us know your planned bank transfer date.

If we do not receive your planned payment date and payment is still not confirmed after 24 hours, we will temporarily cancel the order and relist the item.

If the payment is not received by the date you told us in advance, future orders may be held until payment is confirmed.

6. Sender name notice for Japanese yen bank transfer

If the sender name is different from the name used for the order, payment confirmation may take longer.

If you will send payment under a family member’s name, company name, or any different name, please let us know in advance.
